How Fresh start care was founded
Jessica Pirtle, founder of Fresh Start Care LLC, is a devoted wife and proud mother of four whose passion for caregiving comes from her own family experiences. When her son was diagnosed with autism at the age of two, she committed herself to learning how to best support individuals with special needs through patience, compassion, and structured care. Caring for her son gave her firsthand understanding of the dedication and advocacy required to help loved ones thrive. In addition, Jessica assists in caring for her father, who needs support with his health and daily living. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the challenges families face when caring for those they love. Inspired by these personal journeys, she founded Fresh Start Care LLC to provide dependable and compassionate home care services. Her goal is to ensure every individual receives respectful, high-quality care while helping families feel confident and supported in the care of their loved ones.

My name is Denzel Pirtle, Director of Fresh Start Care LLC, and I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, in 2019. I am committed to supporting the mission of Fresh Start Care by helping ensure individuals and families receive dependable and compassionate care. As Director, I assist with the organization’s operations, maintain professionalism, and help create a safe and respectful environment for those we serve. I also have personal caregiving experience assisting family members who require support with daily living needs. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of the importance of reliable care and strong family support. In 2025, I married Jessica Pirtle, the founder of Fresh Start Care LLC. Together, we are dedicated to building Fresh Start Care into a trusted provider of high-quality home care services for our community.
