I’m Jessica Pirtle, founder of Fresh Start Care LLC. I’m a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and earned an associate degree in business. Caring for people has always been my passion. I believe every person deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
I started Fresh Start Care to create a welcoming independent living environment where people can feel at home, build connections, and maintain their independence. My goal is for residents and their families to feel heard, valued, and supported.

My name is Denzel Pirtle, Director of Fresh Start Care LLC, and I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, in 2019. I am committed to supporting the mission of Fresh Start Care by helping ensure individuals and families receive dependable and compassionate care. As Director, I assist with the organization’s operations, maintain professionalism, and help create a safe and respectful environment for those we serve. I also have personal caregiving experience assisting family members who require support with daily living needs. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of the importance of reliable care and strong family support. In 2025, I married Jessica Pirtle, the founder of Fresh Start Care LLC. Together, we are dedicated to building Fresh Start Care into a trusted provider of high-quality home care services for our community.
Together, Jessica and Denzel Pirtle are committed to building Fresh Start Care LLC on a foundation of compassion, reliability, and respect. Their passion for caregiving comes from personal experiences supporting loved ones and understanding the challenges families face when caring for those in need. Jessica’s hands-on caregiving background and Denzel’s leadership and organizational support allow them to work together to ensure quality care for every individual served. Their shared goal is to provide dependable home care services that families can trust.
